Future Me AI is an AI career portrait generator operated by FutureMeAI Inc. It is intended for parents and legal guardians who want to create imaginative future-career portraits from a child's photo. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how children's photos are handled, how long photos are retained, and how you can request deletion.

By using Future Me AI, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the uploaded photo, or that you have explicit permission from the child's parent or legal guardian to upload the photo.

Parental Consent

Future Me AI is not directed at children. The service is designed exclusively for use by adults — parents, legal guardians, or adults who have obtained explicit permission from a child's parent or legal guardian.

By uploading a child's photo, you explicitly confirm and consent to the following:

• You are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo, or you have obtained explicit written or verbal consent from the child's parent or legal guardian.
• You authorize FutureMeAI Inc. to process the uploaded photo to generate AI career portraits as described in this Policy.
• You understand that the uploaded photo may contain personal information (including a child's facial image) and that it will be handled as described below.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary consents before uploading photos of minors.

If you do not have parental or guardian authority over the child in the photo, you must not upload the photo or use this service.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Future Me AI:

1. Uploaded Child Photos

   • What we collect: The image file or image data you upload for career portrait generation.
   • Purpose: To create AI-generated career portraits as requested by you.
   • Important note: Uploaded photos may include a child's face or other identifying visual information.

2. Generated Images

   • What we collect: AI-generated career portraits, related filenames, storage URLs, selected career, generation batch identifiers, and generation metadata.
   • Purpose: To show results, support downloads, troubleshoot generation issues, and provide the service you requested.

3. Account Information

   • What we collect: Name, email address, account identifiers, login provider information, and profile image if provided by your sign-in provider.
   • Purpose: To manage accounts, authenticate users, provide support, and protect the service from abuse.

4. Usage and Device Information

   • What we collect: Pages visited, features used, generation activity, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate technical logs, IP-derived diagnostics, and cookie or analytics identifiers.
   • Purpose: To operate, secure, debug, and improve Future Me AI.

5. Payment and Billing Information

   • What we collect: Payment status, order identifiers, plan, billing metadata, and transaction information from our payment provider.
   • Purpose: To process purchases, provide credits, manage subscriptions, and handle billing support.

How Children's Photos Are Handled

FutureMeAI Inc. handles uploaded child photos with strict limitations:

• Sole purpose: Uploaded child photos are used only to generate the AI career portraits you requested. They are not used for any other purpose.
• No sale: We do not sell, rent, or trade children's photos to any third party.
• No advertising: We do not use uploaded child photos to build advertising profiles, train public AI models, or for any commercial purpose other than generating your requested portraits.
• No child accounts: We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or upload photos independently.

Third-party AI processing: To generate portraits, uploaded photos are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers (including image generation API providers). These providers process the photos solely to complete the generation request on our behalf, under data processing agreements that restrict their use of the data.

Storage: Uploaded photos and generated images are stored in R2/S3-compatible object storage operated by FutureMeAI Inc. or its infrastructure partners.

After generation: Once the portrait generation is complete, uploaded source photos are no longer needed for active processing. They are retained temporarily as described in the Retention section below, then deleted.

Retention and Deletion

Uploaded photos and generated images are retained for up to 30 days from the time of upload, unless:

• You request deletion sooner (we will act on valid deletion requests promptly).
• We are required to retain limited records longer for security, fraud prevention, payment dispute, legal compliance, or support purposes.

To request deletion: Email [email protected] with the email address associated with your account and sufficient detail to identify the relevant generation. We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

AI Image Limitations

Future Me AI creates imaginative AI-generated portraits for creative and entertainment purposes only. Generated images may alter the child's facial features, age impression, skin tone, body shape, hairstyle, clothing, background, or overall appearance. Results must not be treated as identity-accurate, biometric, official, or documentary images.

Information Sharing

FutureMeAI Inc. may share information only in the following limited cases:

• With trusted service providers that help operate storage, authentication, analytics, payment, email, security, hosting, and AI generation — solely to provide those services on our behalf.
• When required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of FutureMeAI Inc., our users, or the public.
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information.

Security

FutureMeAI Inc. uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and secure storage practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid uploading photos unless you have authority to do so and are comfortable with the processing described here.

Cookies and Analytics

Future Me AI may use cookies and analytics tools to remember preferences, support authentication, understand product usage, detect abuse, and improve reliability.

Children's Privacy

Future Me AI is intended for use by parents and legal guardians only. Children may not use this service independently.
